ποΈββοΈ Morning Workout & Hydration Every morning, I kickstart my day with a good sweat session. My fitness journey has been a part of my "Glow Up to 40," and it's all about feeling my best. I alternate between strength training and gentle movements like walking. Staying hydrated is key- I drink plenty of water throughout the day. ποΈββοΈπ§
βοΈ Coffee and Comfy Clothes After my workout, it's time for that well-deserved cup of coffee. I usually make a fresh pot to savor while I style my hair. It may seem simple, but this small indulgence feels like a warm hug π€, and we all deserve that pampering.
π§ββοΈ Self-Care Moments As a mom, finding time for self-care can be challenging, but it's crucial. Fridays are busy, computer-heavy days for me. I manage the Living Well updates and meal plans, creating a cozy atmosphere around my workspace. It's all about slipping into comfy clothes, feeling refreshed, and allowing myself to slow down.
π§Ό Cleaning and Resetting One of my unique cozy moments involves cleaning the kitchen. I like to take a break after lunch and reset the kitchen. It's a small act that brings me a sense of calm. I also prepare the kids' snacks, and if it's a Daily Harvest smoothie day, I let it soften for a bit. These moments of tending to my space make me feel settled and cozy. π§Όπ½οΈ
